As a 1st Year Mechanical Fitter Apprentice, you will become an integral part of a professional team, receiving extensive training to become a qualified trade professional. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and the skills needed to excel in the mechanical fitting trade.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC and other workshop machines
- Handle all kind of material to produce Jigs/Fixtures
- Develop flow racks or other furniture using Lean flow tubes and accessories.
- Manage & record workshop tooling/materials using maintenance software.
- Handle Mig and Tig welding jobs.
- Operate & maintain Power tools and other small tools.
- Follow written and verbal instructions for fabrication, fitting, manufacture.
- Maintain cleaning standard
- Complete tasks assigned based on priority
