About our program
Our Women in Tech Insights program is aimed primarily at Women in their first year of an undergraduate degree who are interested in learning about a career in Technology at KPMG.
Technology is at the heart of what we do and part of the very DNA of our business. Our tech teams have the access, capability, and connectivity to make possibilities happen, blending tech and business expertise to solve complex problems that help our clients and communities to thrive.
Our connected solutions stretch across a range of specialisms. From tech strategy, risk management and data & analytics, through to software engineering, cyber automation, powered applications, and cloud transformation.
During this three-day program, you'll have the opportunity to network with inspirational women from our Technology teams, build your professional skills, and explore the range of career opportunities available in one of our fastest growing areas.
The program is packed with practical takeaways and valuable insights - from tackling problems with design thinking to effectively navigating case studies and interviews. You'll get an insider's view into our different tech teams, our technology services, and the technologies we're using - such as artificial intelligence, Cloud technology and machine learning. You'll meet with our current grads and learn about their career journeys and what a typical day looks like for them at KPMG.
You'll also take part in an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on our 2025 vacation program.

Our Women in Tech Insights Program is open to people from any degree discipline who are curious to learn and motivated to work in this expanding and dynamic field.
To be eligible, you'll be in your first year at university (or second year if you're on a 4-year course) and able to attend the program for the full three-days from 22nd April - 24th April.
