- Book client appointments
- Manage client review process and prepare for client meetings
- Complete research on client accounts
- Print and collate advice documents
- Implementation of advice recommendations
- Point of contact for clients
- Management of Xplan database
- Liaise with off-shore admin team and manage workflow
- Ad-hoc admin duties
- 2+ years previous experience in a CSO role supporting financial advisers
- Experience implementing advice
- Experience using Xplan
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage workflow
