This position will offer you professional growth opportunities within a supportive and inclusive culture.About the Role:An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Surgical Resident within the Division of Surgical Specialties and Anaesthetics.The Surgical Resident Medical Officer is responsible for managing the care of all patients allocated to the current department in consultation with the responsible Registrars, Consultants, Visiting Specialists, Nurses and Allied Health professionals.Involvement in Continuous Quality Improvement activities.Involvement in continuing education activities.Involvement in Patient Safety and Clinical Risk Management activities.To be eligible for this position, you must have a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, registerable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration.Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check.Check(s)
