“I liked how I was given responsibility and treated as one of the team right from the get go. It didn't feel like I was just there to watch and observe, but I was able to learn heaps by doing. I also appreciated how welcoming everyone was and how my supervisor customised what I saw/learnt/did to what I was interested in.”

“I really enjoyed that I was able to start my project from square 1. I was informed about my project during my first day on site and subsequently has to learn everything about the plant relevant to the project and form my own timeline.”
To be eligible to apply students must:
Students must hold working rights in Australia
Be graduating in 2025 or 2026, with a degree in Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering
Be available from late November 2024 for a period of 12 weeks
Agree to a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol Testing
Provide a National Police Clearance
Hold a valid WA Manual Driver’s License
