About the role
Due to the growth of the business, they are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their business. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be supported & looked after every step of the way in this role!
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Operating a CNC and Edge Bander simultaneously to complete tasks
Attending to reworks
Fixing up small pieces
Working in a team to achieve goals and targets
Working within tight deadlines to complete pieces
Skills & experience
Minimum 3 + years' experience operating a CNC
Edge bander and panel saw experience & the ability to use an edge bander and CNC simultaneously
An understanding of "reworks" & smaller fix up pieces would be advantageous
Ability to work autonomously or within a team
Excellent attention to detail skills
The ability to liaise with colleges, senior level management and customers in an appropriate manner.
Culture
The hours for this role will predominantly be Monday to Friday from 7am - 3.30pm. However, there are also overtime opportunities, available when necessary. This business has a highly reputable culture that holds the highest levels of integrity within their teams!
