How it works
Our Graduate Program commences in February each year. As a CIMIC Group graduate, you will receive structured, on-the-job training, guided learning plans and mentoring from our experienced leaders. Over our two-year program, you will experience two-12 month rotations with placements in various roles and projects. Having the chance to rotate across projects give you greater opportunities to build your career.
With the support of technical experts and mentors, you will transition from student to professional. We'll challenge you with exciting projects and genuine responsibilities. We'll expand your knowledge with professional development sessions to build your strengths, leadership skills and business acumen.
Degree Disciplines
UGL is now looking across Australia for final year university students or recent graduates in the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Health & Safety
- Environment
- Finance (Accounting)
- Commerce
Due to the nature of our business, there is an expectation that you will be comfortable to relocate onto projects which could be in capital cities or regional sites.
