About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Healthcare Programs & Clinical Strategy, this role works within the Healthcare Programs team to streamline project delivery, support cross-collaborative program delivery and support external revenue streams for Healthcare Programs.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Healthcare Programs & Clinical Strategy, this role works within the Healthcare Programs team to streamline project delivery, support cross-collaborative program delivery and support external revenue streams for Healthcare Programs.
Working closely with the Senior Manager Healthcare Programs and Clinical Strategy, the role will require effective Project Management skills, strategic agility and excellent stakeholder engagement skills internally and externally. Specifically you will:
- Oversee the project coordination of the Heart Foundation’s national Healthcare Programs
- Support the building of a portfolio of program offerings including value impact and costings
- Provide administrative support across the Healthcare Programs team and help streamline processes and ways of working within the team and cross-functionally
- Keep up-to-date with current and emerging cardiovascular research, evidence and policy and synthesise and appraise it to provide an understanding of the impact and implications for the Heart Foundation’s Healthcare programs.
You bring extensive experience in a project coordination or management role including experience in a health-related context. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
- Solid Project Management experience and the ability to prioritise and organise work and meet critical timelines.
- Extensive experience coordinating complex projects with the input of multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively.
- Preferred – tertiary qualification in health or experience working in health related programs
