As a commerce graduate, the Linfox Graduate Program will introduce you to the intellectual challenge of solving complex problems and finding innovative solutions in the fast-moving and competitive logistics industry.

You can expect the following during your time on the program:

  • Learning and Development: On the job training and structured development that will help you develop your leadership skills and confidence
  • Hands on experience: Get involved in commercial contracts, investment projects and improving cost efficiency
  • Work with Major Customers: Work with some of Australia's best-know companies. Learn how we develop tailored solutions for major customers in retail, resources, healthcare, government and defence
  • Networking Opportunities: Develop valuable networks and experience.

What do you need to apply?
You will need to:
  • Have completed your undergraduate degree within the last 2 years, or currently completing it
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial, finance or economics discipline
  • You embrace challenges, love problem solving and have the ability to build stakeholder relationships
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident (including New Zealand citizens) at the time you apply
  • Have a current driver's licence and access to a vehicle when you start
  • Be excited about the opportunities in the logistics industry.
