Here's what to expect:
- kick off with a three-day all expenses paid conference on the Gold Coast with your peers
- engage in structured learning through three tailored modules on topics designed to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills
- experience exciting hands-on and in person learning every six months to build relationships and network with your peers from across the country
- receive mentoring from BMD's Board of Directors, executive management team and emerging leaders who genuinely want to build your leadership qualities and help you progress through the ranks
- see inspiring presentations from industry experts to build your skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork.
- learn about drawings, specifications, and workplace health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) requirements for all site-related activities
- work as part of a team to ensure core project functions are being delivered, including purchasing materials, supporting financial functions, submitting progress claims, assisting with quality monitoring and contributing to creating solutions where needed
- maintain a daily diary outlining details of site meetings, discussions, works performed, and inspections
- actively participate in training initiatives and skill development programs.
- May to June - Submit your 10-minute application including CV and academic transcript
- June to July - Shortlisted candidates are contacted to attend an interview with our senior leaders
- July to August - Formal offers to join BMD's graduate program
