What You Will Be Doing
The Registered Midwife (RM) is a valued and integral member of the Peninsula Health multidisciplinary team demonstrating flexibility in caring for patients and their families across the organisation. The RM works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centered care to achieve optimal health outcomes or a dignified death. The Graduate Midwife Program is designed to assist the newly qualified RM in the transition from student to registered practitioner as a valued member of our healthcare team.

What You Need
We anticipate you will meet all essential criteria as outlined in the position description and the advertisement including:
•AHPRA registration as a midwife
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Communicating well with and relating to consumers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds

*Please refer to salary circular for NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC
SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2020-2024) for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
