About the role We currently have opportunities in our 2025 Graduate Program in the disciplines of Business, Commerce, Economics, Data, Sustainability, Health Science, Human Resources and Information Technology. The specific roles include: Business, Commerce and Economics: Business Change Graduate - Bachelor of Business or Commerce - Gain a well-rounded understanding of how business change, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of projects and change in Essential Energy. This role will provide you with the support, learning opportunities, and hands-on experience necessary to embark on a rewarding and successful career in project management, change management or audit. Contract management Graduate - Bachelor of Business or Commerce - Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved in compliance with relevant legislation and policy and the opportunity to build and maintaining relationships, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills in Contract Management. Commercial Development Graduate - Bachelor of Business or Commerce or Economics - Commercialise and develop our wireless and fibre telecommunication assets with access to safe, fast reliable telecommunications by realising the full potential of our network infrastructure. Data: Data Graduate - Bachelor of Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Machine Learning Engineering - Join a team that works right across the organisation, becoming recognised as a data expert, having a direct impact on driving the optimisation and improvement of product development and helping to build and construct sophisticated data processing pipelines, amongst other things. Sustainability: Sustainability Graduate - Bachelor of Sustainability, Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Environmental Science - collaborating and liaising with internal and external stockholders and helping to develop and implement sustainability initiatives, as well as assisting with sustainability data management, governance, reporting and communications. Health Science: Health Science Graduate - Bachelor of Health Sciences or Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Physiotherapy - Work closely with a variety of people and departments within Essential Energy, with no two days being the same. Gain experience in support with injury and illness case management, assist with Health Program delivery and managing Workers Compensation processes, giving you the ability to develop your expertise with the opportunity for career growth and development in the future. Human Resources: Human Resources Graduate - Bachelor of Business (major in Human Resources) - Influence and shape our organisation's culture by working on Human Resources initiatives and supporting our business across the spectrum of People and Safety.
