We believe that these values are a core part of delivering the highest quality care to our patients and achieving the best possible patient centred outcomes. We also promote the importance of respectful collaboration with other teams involved in patient care within the ICU. This team spirit is reinforced daily through our multidisciplinary patient management meeting.

We offer a highly supportive clinical training environment to trainees at all levels and understand the importance of this environment in achieving career progression and achieving training goals. Regular meetings with supervisors for 2 way feedback across all levels of trainee is encouraged. Trainee satisfaction is very important to us and our success in this area is evident by the return of previous junior trainees in more senior and specialist roles.
