- Salary range - $82,863 to $124,197 per annum plus superannuation

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration (or ability to obtain), including a VIT approved Teaching qualification.
- Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar’s values.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in teaching Science/Environmental Science up to VCE level.
- Significant comprehension of Environmental Science concepts, principles, methods and vocabulary.
- Effective strategies to gather, analyse and act on student data to improve learning outcomes for each student.
- Knowledge of differentiation, feedback and assessment strategies which enhance learning.
- Be committed to the exploration of critical thinking and inquiry through the pursuit of excellence and understanding.
- A willingness and ability to participate fully in the School’s academic, co-curricular and pastoral care programs.
