We are seeking motivated, reliable and experienced Apprentice Electricians who wish to re-commence their apprenticeships.
Currently on the hunt for standout 2nd, 3rd or 4th Yr Apprentices who are dedicated to the trade and aspire to be trade qualified.
During the Electrical Apprenticeship, you will be working full time 38 hours per week while studying a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician.
You would be gaining experience in the workplace with one of our host employers. Duties may include but not limited to:
- Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment
- Reading and understanding specifications to determine electrical requirements
- Planning wiring systems
- Testing, locating and repairing malfunctions
- Installing electrical control systems
- Assembling and fabricating electrical components
- Connecting electrical equipment to power supplies
- Any other tasks requested by the host employer
Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Have already commenced their apprenticeship and are in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th year level
- First aid & LVR
- Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
- Be motivated with a positive attitude
- Drivers licence and own transport
