Long term experience with welding is absolutely essential along with being punctual and having the ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to specifications and blueprints
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Fabricate and assemble metal components using various techniques
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet our standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder and or fabricator (4 years of experience preferred)
- Proficiency in various welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Valid Drivers License
The successful candidate will be based in an onsite fabrication workshop and responsible for welding parts on big projects for the mining and transport industry.
