3Pl Warehouse Operator And Administrator

Job Location: Eagle Farm, Brisbane, Australia

+ Key Responsibilities

General

• Provide exceptional customer service for clients
• Ensuring invoicing is completed for specified accounts
• Ensuring all receives, orders, and invoicing tasks are complete within appropriate timeframes
• Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory 
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas
• Order management for clients
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Booking final mile carriers for clients, ensuring the best carriers are selected according to client’s requirements
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Generate and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
• Communicate with clients regarding inventory levels, order status, and shipping schedules
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Adhere to all safety regulations and standards
• Ad-hoc tasks as directed by management

+ Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

• A current forklift licence
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment – preferably apparel & fashion goods
• Experience using CargoWise or other WMS knowledge 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
