AddressMetrotel (www.metrotelworks.com) is an international telecommunications engineering services company. Our core business is to offer end-to-end mobile network design, build, optimisation and performance management to Mobile Operators and Equipment Vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and approvals.
- Review design and construction with field staffs team members.
- Prepare and manage detailed work schedules and forecasts.
- Schedule daily work activities including resource allocation, material preparation, organizing plant and equipment.
- Coordinate and liaise all site activities with site supervisors and relevant parties to ensure timely and efficient site completion.
- Support Technical Sales on the cost estimates and quotations.
- Monitor project progress and report on project budgets.
- Provide technical assistance to field teams, assisting in the identification and escalation of issues, identifying appropriate corrections actions.
- Ensure project documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with the client's HSEQ polices and procedures
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Telecommunications experience.
- Installation experience as 4G/5G Rigger or Tech before
- Strong technical knowledge in Macro 4G/5G Deployment on Telstra, Optus, TPG and NBN Wireless Installation Standards in both SMR and MTX
- Experience DAS Delivery Project is a plus
- Valid and current driver's license.
- Flexibility to travel Interstates
