Key Responsibilities
Under broad direction from the Manager Operations, People and Culture, the role will be responsible for and deliver the following functions:
- Delivery of BAU recruitment which includes providing senior level guidance on APS Recruitment
- Provide guidance to staff on a variety of HR software and systems including working as an administrator for the NFSA’s e-talent system.
- Assist with and advise managers and staff on moderately complex aspects of the NFSA’s HR policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with various agency teams internal and external.
Selection criteria:
The successful candidate will demonstrate capacity against the following:
- Demonstrated experience within a multi-faceted People and Culture team and experience delivering end-to-end Recruitment services within an APS environment.
- Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of legislation and regulations within the APS, and the ability to interpret and communication concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with various agency teams, internal and external.
- Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise activities and see projects through to completion whilst managing client expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to apply discretion, sound judgement and ensure trust and appropriate confidentiality is always maintained.
