8CCC AV Event Production is a growing social enterprise, developed by 8CCC Community radio utilising our experience with media and technology to amplify music, arts and community events. We deliver services Including:
- Live Sound, Staging and Lighting
- Hybrid events and visual streaming, incl Sports
- Event production, stage management and promotion
- Live Radio production – Broadcasting Community Events through 102.1FM
The 8CCC AV Crew are responsible for the delivery ofservices in accordance with 8CCC policies and procedures with support from 8CCC's AV Production Manager.
Knowledge and experience with Audio Visual technical service delivery, events, live music, broadcast media, theatre and stage productions is highly desirable - we welcome applications from motivated individuals looking to develop production skillsets with in house training and support provided.
8CCC AV Production Crew Duties:
Communicate effectively with artists, event organisers and members of the public
Set up, Operate & Maintain Lighting, Audio and Visual equipment
Safely undertake stage building, lifting of heavy objects and physical tasks.
Work independently and/or within a collaborative team environment
Follow production schedules, SWMS
Comply with relevant OH&S Policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned.

Our vision is “Many Voices, One Frequency” which we work to achieve through volunteer driven broadcasting and accessible media training in Alice Springs and Tennant Creek.
