Working under general direction, the role entails coordinating and implementing the external and internal communications strategy for the company.You will collaborate with Group Communications and offer guidance on aligning business unit objectives and tactics with the overarching ANZ strategy. Their goal is to effectively promote AtkinsRéalis to external and internal audiences by executing impactful and integrated communication programs, thereby enhancing AtkinsRéalis’ brand equity across ANZ.Key responsibilities encompass, but are not restricted to:Advise stakeholders on external and internal communications best practice and work with business stakeholders to develop, deliver and measure communications strategies, campaigns, and plans.Work effectively with colleagues to draft, revise, edit and produce a variety of communication tools intended for various external and internal audiences.Develop and coordinate the publication and delivery of digital and print communications, including articles, email content, videos, podcasts, etc.Support the coordination of internal events.Devise effective reporting mechanisms and contribute to regular reporting on functional as well as tactical performance.Ensure that practices, procedures, methodologies, and tools are used effectively so that the objectives set out in the business plan are attained.Work with multi-disciplinary teams to write, prepare proposals and associated budgets for projects that have a communications requirement.Research the demographics, media landscape, political environments, and socio-economic conditions in the jurisdictions where we work to inform proposal writing and communications strategy.Desired Skills, Experience and CapabilitiesDegree-level qualified or relevant experience.Demonstrable experience in corporate communications.Experience in external and internal communications and/or employee engagement, ideally gained within a large corporate organisation.Experience in delivering external and internal communication strategies, campaigns and plans which achieve desired business outcomes.Experience in sourcing and creating content for a range of online and offline channels.Experience in advising others on communications best practice.Excellent English researching, writing, and editing skills and ability to convey excellent complex topics in simple language to multiple audiences.Able to build effective working relationships with strong interpersonal skills.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWe're not all the same and that's our greatest strength and we believe that 'Different Makes a Difference.'
