Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
- Manage and process Accounts Receivable transactions.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing Accounts Receivable status.
Office Organisation:
- Maintain an organised and efficient office environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
- Manage and oversee social media content and engagement
- Create promotional materials and coordinate events.
Qualifications:
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Ability to assess situations independently and act without being prompted by others
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
