As a candidate, you would preferably have experience in residential and commercial maintenance, solar, batteries, EV’s and data & communications. Zero-compromise on quality and safety in your work is essential. Our team hold themselves to the highest standards – and we don’t want to let them down.
Minimum Requirements
- Victorian A-grade Licence or mutual recognition
- Construction Induction (White) Card
- 2+ years experience post-apprenticeship
- Drivers Licence
- Full Australian working right – No visa’s offered

Alpex strives for excellence in everything we do, and the duties listed below would be completed with this in mind:
- Wire, terminate and test electrical systems and appliances through new residential and commercial builds
- Test, verify and repair existing or faulty wiring systems and apparatus in residential and commercial environments
- Install and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays, under the supervision of certified installers
- Supervise, encourage and guide apprentices on safe work practices, correct and efficient working techniques and standards expected of all Alpex staff
- Complete job cards, audits, stock management and timesheets using Simpro – experience with a similar software is acceptable
- Complete Certificates of Electrical Safety (COES) for every job and submit with job cards
- Maintain uniform, company vehicles and equipment, to ensure they present and operate in optimal condition
- Participate in regular one-on-one and team meetings with the director to ensure all concerns and queries are heard and addressed from all parties
- Build rapport with all new and existing Alpex customers, representing the “Face of Alpex”
