- Possess relevant computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Internet and Email applications and a willingness to learn new computer systems

- Willingness and capacity to complete a Nationally recognised Certificate qualification required throughout the traineeship program
