Working under broad direction, the Division of Academic & Student Engagement (DASE) Service Partner works closely with the faculty executive team to execute strategic initiatives and ensure effective delivery of day-to-day operations that relate to the faculty and are resourced in DASE. In this role you will provide strategic advice, complex problem solving and business solutions in addition to stakeholder management, resource allocation and project support/management.
To be successful you will need:
- Highly developed analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and identify opportunities.
- Proven experience in effectively developing, leading and managing multiple activities in a complex environment with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, relatable to a wide range of audiences.
- Substantial experience in establishing effective networks and maintaining productive collaborative and consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working effectively across professional teams in a leadership and coordination role and leveraging relationships to achieve positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into realisable and measurable implementation initiatives.
