- Managing a portfolio of Retail Clients
- Servicing client inquiries, broking and processing and managing new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Placing risks with insurers
- Provide risk management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge to clients
- All general administrative tasks
- Tier 2 in Insurance Broking
- 3 years minimum in the Insurance Industry
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate confidently
- Provide outstanding and efficient service to all customers
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- A passion for learning, training and working in a team
