About the roleThe Audit Administration Assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to the Clinical Practice and Risk Improvement Manager, to assist in coordination, documentation and compliance of initiatives with a detailed focus on Work Health & Safety (WHS), Security Improvement Audits (SIAT) Accreditation and clinical improvement to drive compliancy.

The successful applicant will be required to attend a comprehensive orientation program on commencement and be willing to complete any other relevant training deemed necessary to fulfil duties of the position.

You will be based at Mental Health Drug & Alcohol Services (MHDA) – Bloomfield Campus. MHDA Bloomfield Campus provides inpatient services which includes a child and adolescent unit, a state-wide forensic rehabilitation unit, a Mental Health intensive care unit, adult acute unit, older person’s acute unit, and a range of non-acute state-wide and district inpatient units for adults and older people.

The Clinical Practice and Risk Improvement team works collaboratively with all inpatient units and other internal /external stakeholders to ensure compliancy with Work Health & Safety (WHS), Security Improvement Audits (SIAT) Accreditation is achieved
