About the role at North Star

What you'll do

  • Data and Analysis- Help our team run, manage and understand usage data. The ideal candidate will be able to proactively share findings from the data to assist with opportunities and whitespace analysis.
  • Administrative- Assist with administrative tasks including managing Salesforce for data integrity, updating contacts, editing reports, assistance with proposal decks and similar administrative items such as completing order forms, commercial calculators and iterating and improving processes.
  • Sales Basics- Align with the team and leadership’s overall vision on key sales projects and those specific to the sales region. Assist with customer questions, queries, meetings (sales, workshops and business reviews).

Salary: $55,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
