The Role
Off the back of recent tendering to secure new high-profile clients, we are currently seeking expressions of interest for an Account Director position to provide leadership, management and development across a large and complex Federal Government account – ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
Location - flexible
Responsibilities are likely to include:
- Developing strategies and tactics for the betterment of a large, complex, and commercially sensitive portfolio.
- Leading a team across hard facilities services through predictive, planned preventative, and corrective maintenance
- Potential for small to medium-size project works.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring yearly service plans, KPIs and targets.
- Accountability to manage revenue and expenses to achieve agreed profit margins reported through the P&L and associated monthly reviews.
- Direct liaison between Client senior management, CBRE staff and external service providers to head up the overall partnership.
- Supporting CBRE business objectives and ensuring a high level of consistent, value-adding service.
- Planning and managing the service delivery team - staffing, training and strategic support.
- Assisting with the development of annual budgets, with respect to reactive and preventative maintenance, minor and major projects, and improved efficiencies across the account.
- Ensuring all regulatory and compliance commitments are in line with expected standards and local legislation.
- Preparing ad-hoc and consolidated monthly reports including financials, client service requests, key issues and project status / pipelines.
Requirements
- ESSENTIAL - Proven experience in Account / Operations Management at a senior level within the Property / Asset Service Provider industry.
- ESSENTIAL – Experience working with critical infrastructures.
- HIGHLY PREFERRED – Strong understanding of Public Sector regulations, compliance and safety protocols.
- Strong understanding of financials, people management and vendor relationships within a large matrix environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and a proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude.
