Your winning recipe (aka the job description)
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Develop and expand the relationships with existing customers, including major key client by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Closely working with QA, R&D and other relevant departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
Who you are:
- You possess 4+ years of working experience in roles related to Sales/Key Account Manager with experience in bakery, distributors, food service or industrial businesses. Promoting developing products such as chocolate, margarine and UHT cream.
- Capacity to develop the business independently opening new accounts with problem solving skills and passion.
- Tenacity and a strategic mind-set to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate and present effectively with good commands in English.
- Experienced in driving cross-functional team in strategic and high value new business pursuits.
