We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Account Manager to provide administrative and logistical support to the ASI Sales team and our external customers, ensuring consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction. This will be a permanent full-time opportunity with our Mildura Team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Processing
- Maintain and update the customer order database
- Coordinate with purchasing and accounts to fulfill orders
- Follow up on urgent orders
- Quotations
Prepare quotations for Manager and BDM
- Maintain and update correct templates for client correspondence
- Secure and update client correspondence in the shared drive
- Upload data in CRM
- Follow up on quotes
Costing
Customer Service
- Monitor progress on sales activities through follow-ups
- Chase back orders with internal teams and vendors
- Communicate with customers about previous day orders and con-note details
- Generate reports for customers as requested
Logistics & Administrative Support
- Manage incoming deliveries (receive, label, notify team, deliver to clients if needed)
- Manage outgoing deliveries (organize shipping labels, prepare for pickup)
- Manage office supplies (order, receive, or pick up)
- Check the post box
- Manage stock on hand
- Perform monthly car checks (track maintenance, issues, mileage)
- Arrange car maintenance (repairs, service, tyres)
- Clean non-assigned cars as needed
- Process new/renewals for Domains (TPP) and SSL Certificates (GoDaddy)
- Work with the local team to formulate quotes and proposals
- Handle warehouse duties and walk-in clients.
A Bit About You:
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in a Sales Support / Inside Sales role
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Good working knowledge of health and safety and safety requirements
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work in a team environment as well as unsupervised
- Punctual, reliable and honest
- Good problem solving skills
