About the role
Main tasks: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities for the coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers division.
Other tasks:
Provide customers with technical assistance and product information
Work with principals and suppliers to maintain strategic relationships
Develop and review strategies in alignment with business goals
Actively promote the company's product offerings with exceptional customer service
Provide technical support and information to customers
Identify market trends and potential new products
Ensure accurate data management and reporting through CRM systems
Uphold safety, health, and environmental management standards.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Extensive experience in a technical or commercial role, ideally relating to chemicals or industrial solutions
- Proven experience meeting targets and managing sales cycles
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal & relationship-building skills at multiple business levels
- Ability to adapt to new requirements and be flexible in approach.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Previous experience working with coatings, adhesives, sealants, & elastomers (CASE)
- Completed studies in a relevant field
- Demonstrable success in developing new business initiatives.
