About the role
Due to continued growth and success, our client are now seeking a Key Account Manager. As part of a highly successful National Team your proven sales success engaging with decision makers, and executing a multi-contact relationship building strategy will be critical in this role. This role is fully remote. Head office is located in Seven hills which you may need to travel to every six months.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of key account customers to ensure expectations are met
- Achieve both short term and long-term sales KPI’s involving resigns, new machine sales, consumables sales and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with BDM field network to ensure opportunities are serviced
- Identify gaps in customer accounts, actively pursue these opportunities, and ultimately apply urgency to secure the smaller deal flow
- Proven Success in Key Account Management
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, communication skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and ability to plan ahead and prioritise workload
