Under general guidance, the Account Manager will contribute to the profitability and growth of International Sales through sales support, development and implementation of sales plans, programs, and processes to support overall Ergomotion business goals and objectives.
This role will service accounts in the areas of Australia, New Zealand, and the Phillipines.
- Account Sales Professional: Support our partners as the main point of contact for all product, sales and training enquiries for specific accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategy for your accounts including support tools for our partners and their sales teams.
- Initiate sales tools and work closely with Ergomotion & partner training/marketing teams to fulfill partner needs.
- Partner with Sales, Training and Marketing leadership to align specific account strategy with the Territory sales and business goals and attuned to the voice of our customers.
- Provide training for new and existing customer’s sales teams
- Support partner sales teams with retail training and events nationally. Travel nationally and internationally as needed.
- Work closely with Ergomotion Customer Service to manage/support any escalated service issues
- Discuss sales results, product performance and growth opportunities with partner management and plan accordingly
- Work closely with management to execute sales strategy and align account performance with national strategy.
- Report on market activity, account performance and future planning monthly.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Year 12 or Diploma equivalent. Furniture/Electronics sales & management experience minimum 2-3 years. Higher education preferred but not essential.
