SEO Advantage is a leading boutique Digital Marketing agency with operations in Australia and Singapore. Our service offering is SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Advertising and B2B Lead Generation to clients ranging from small-medium sized enterprises through to large national companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
As part of our expanded operations, we are currently seeking a highly motivated full-time employee for this Account Manager role based in our Melbourne office. In this office based role you will be responsible for managing the relationships of existing clients that are assigned to you. There will also be the opportunity for sales and to bring on new clients from warm generated leads that are provided to you. There is a generous base salary + lucrative bonus structure in place for the right person.
This role is available to candidates who have 1-2 years experience within the Digital Marketing industry. Recent graduates with an ambitious can do attitude may also apply.
Requirements
The successful candidate will need the following skills and attributes to be considered:
- A keen interest for Account Management + Sales in the Digital Marketing industry
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Digital Marketing (or similar) industry
- Sound understanding of SEO, Google Ads (AdWords), Social Media Ads
- Excellent communication skills - both via email and telephone
Tasks & Responsibilities
The following Account Management tasks and responsibilities are typical of the role:
- Answer existing client enquiries via email and phone
- Prepare monthly client reports, as well as following-up calls
- Work closely with the campaign team to report on clients' campaign specifics
- Campaign analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement
- Nurture client relationships and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Manage client relationships including account retention and renewals
The following Sales tasks and responsibilities are typical of the role:
- Call warm provided leads and nurture them along the sales journey
- Provide service specific proposals to prospective clients
- Convert prospective clients into new clients + receive bonus
- Set client expectations and objectives of campaigns
You will need to have an upbeat, enthusiastic and can-do attitude. You'll also need to be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as part of a small team in a boutique agency. Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role.
