Your role will be pivotal in meeting delivery deadlines and providing vital support to our Project Managers.Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries promptly via email and phone
• Proactively reaching out to customers to enhance our service delivery
• Maintaining detailed customer file notes for reference and updates
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
• Assisting Customer Experience Coordinators with administrative tasks
