We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to join our dynamic Finance department on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for the development and management of the Financial Planning and analysis activities for the ANZ Support Office entities. This includes ownership and coordination of the annual budget process, quarterly and half year forecasts, cost centre reporting and input into group management reporting including identification and investigation of key variances to budget across the full P&L. You will also be the main reporting & planning contact for ANZ and manage group reporting requirements and assist with board reporting in addition to supporting the ANZ finance leadership team to drive better cost management across the region. In addition you will maintain and continue to optimise modelling within workday adaptive planning for support office budgeting and planning.The essential skills we are looking for
- Budgeting and Forecasting experience desirable
- Exceptional financial analysis and commercial acumen skills developed in previous roles within FPA, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
- Track record of providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
- Detailed oriented, however with the ability to step back and see the big picture
- Proven problem solver
- Experience coordinating projects and meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with financial systems
- Qualified CA or CPA with strong technical expertise
