- Formulating, implementing and managing strategic business plans of Partner accounts to achieve sales revenue and targets.
- Working closely with Partners to determine their present and future needs and propose solutions for the organisation.
- Developing additional business from existing portfolio in line with budget targets while managing income and expense budgets.
- Implementing and using sales methodologies, strategic selling practices and effective negotiation skills.
- Ensuring partners adhere to all compliance and legislative requirements
- Experience in account management
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry would be desirable
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to document and understand market and Partner requirements to identify, pursue and close business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
- Must have driver's license as this role will involve travel in central QLD (tool of trade provided)
