Account Manager - Foodservice

Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter–from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.How you will make contributions that matterAn opportunity currently exists for an experienced Account Manager to join our Foodservice sales team.Reporting to the National Business Manager - Foodservice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective short and long-term strategies to deliver sales and profit targets across all sub channels of Foodservice including Distributors, Wholesalers and Key accounts.Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic direction and guidance to deliver sales performance across the portfolio
• Identifying marketplace growth opportunities and assisting in the development of the Foodservice strategic plan
• Building and maintaining effective stakeholder and client relationships
• Analysing the competitive landscape of the industry

About youAs an experienced Account Manager, you will enjoy working within a dedicated and collaborative team and possess the following:

• Proven experience managing and growing accounts within the Foodservice industry
• Highly developed business acumen with the ability to develop account specific strategic plans
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Resilience and enthusiasm with solid negotiation skills
• The ability to align your actions to the broader business strategy
