Account Manager- Manage B2B partnerships including sales forecasts, activations and performance management ensuring all sales targets are met and continue to grow to plan
Build strong partnerships with key partners identifying and maximising opportunities for growthDevelop and maintain sales reports ensuring accuracy, key KPI's and performance to planEnsure Risk and Compliance Management, including legal obligations, are fulfilledContribute to setting incentives and commission structures by partner/channel, ensuring the right behaviours and outcomes are deliveredBuild and maintain training plans and materials for sales teams ensuring up to date with the latest product and service developmentsManage the retail calendar and work with key partners on forecasting and promotional plans to ensure sales targets are metExecute in-store activations with excellence driving sales performanceManage the implementation and onboarding of new partnershipsCoordinate market intelligence and monitoring competitors' sales strategies and products, campaigns, and events to optimise market shareMonitor market, category, competitors, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and potential challengesSkills and Experiences We're Looking For
- Reent Account Manager experience within Australia, Retail experience preferred
Knowledge of media industry and TV and streaming devices marketsAble to collaborate effectively across the Senior Leadership TeamAble to “deep dive” into the details of the business while staying focused on the big pictureAble to get alignment of key stakeholders within and outside the organisationThe ability to motivate across all levels, providing direction to help innovate and redefine plans
