  • Proficient in various software suites (including, but not limited to GSuite (particularly sheets and slides), Microsoft Excel) and some understanding of key SEO concepts and tools like Google Trends and SEMRush.
  • A willingness to learn content and digital marketing best-practice; an awareness of the kinds of sources to go to for best-practice inspiration or education.
Desirable experience for this role:
  • One to two years experience in a hands-on role in account service.
  • Experience writing in a professional context including formats such as presentations, new business pitches, reports and strategy documents.
  • Moderate experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and in prioritising collective needs, participating in client or stakeholder-facing activities like meetings and presentations, including researching and preparing materials for those activities.
  • Experience supporting content teams, partnership managers or commercial teams in the development of marketing materials or new business materials.
  • Some experience working with multiple brands or projects briefed by clients, either by working in an agency or consultancy or with content teams at a media publisher.
  • Some experience participating in or facilitating meetings with other team members, clients or stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be:
  • Extremely organised.
  • Able to adapt and prioritise based on client needs.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated team player.
  • Able to multitask confidently and productively.
  • Attention-to-detail oriented.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and never miss them.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator.
