What your focusses will be:
- Build meaningful relationships to drive new business and continue to grow existing customer relationships in-alignment with our sales strategy.
- Work closely with Branch Managers and internal departments to ensure our service standards are consistently being delivered.
- Utilise a variety of sales tools and methodologies to improve the quality and volume of new business.
- Identify innovative solutions for our current and new customers working to establish sales pipelines and ensure forecasted opportunities are maximised.
- Effectively engage with our CRM System ensuring efficient sales flow.
- Work across the business to streamline information and to ensure a strong unity with both internal and external customers.
What you will bring to Followmont:
- Minimum 1 years'experience in a similar role with exposure to the Transport industry highly regarded.
- Strong ability to move strategically and to improve commercial outcomes
- Highly developed communication skills coupled with a strong emotional intelligence
- Proven commercial acumen and demonstrated ability managing financial outcomes
