Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients while also driving new business growth. This position serves as a bridge between our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the Recruitment Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet client needs and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Reach out to clients who have discontinued their partnership with our company, understand the reasons for their departure, and attempt to re-engage them through suitable measures.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, objectives, and challenges to proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to transition new clients smoothly and efficiently from the sales process to the account management phase.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure client requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and understood, facilitating efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with BDMs to develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats to client relationships.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, including revenue growth, client satisfaction metrics, and retention rates, to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management, client retention, and business development, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
