Salary- Organize and Plan Workshop daily tasks
- Coach and develop team to solve operational performance problems
- Maintain workshop safety standards in accordance with Site Safety Rules and procedures
- Manage Stock levels to suite operational demand.
- Deliver and Manage quality control aspects of Workshop.
- Extensive understanding of Workshop Service and Repairs on all makes and model.
- Experience supervising a workshop team & being able to coach and develop staff
- Automotive sales experience, including quoting & problem-solving skills
- A team player, with the ability to identify opportunities & threats
- Strong communication skills, delivering clear messages
- A valid Australian Drivers’ license
