Account Manager

About the role

Onsite currently has an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Forest Lake, QLD. This role has a high level of autonomy and provides exceptional opportunity for continued growth in the area. 

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - SEQ/NT and working closely with the branch team, you will be responsible for retaining key accounts and winning new business in the region. 

In this role you will:

• Identify and convert new sales opportunities 
• Coordinate and liaise with operations and other members of the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage and grow the existing customer base
• Prepare quotations, tenders and fixed-term agreements
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM system

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need -

• Experience in territory sales in hire/rental/capital equipment or related industry
• Proven ability to attract and retain new business
• Ability to work autonomously in the field
• Resilience and the ability to preserver to overcome obstacles 
• Strong customer and safety focus
• Exceptional relationship building skills
