About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager that is highly motivated and self-driven
This role plays a vital role in bridging the gap between our new and existing clients. You will report into the Senior Account Manager.
You will be responsible for managing client requirements and ensuring flawless execution.
The role calls for a versatile skill set encompassing client servicing, sales, project management, and effective communication.
The role is office based in our office/ warehouse in Miranda.
About You:
- Experience in the account management for promotional, branding, agency or signage Industry
- Have 2+ years experience
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Quickly identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during project execution
- Work closely with internal teams such as creative and production,
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Show genuine passion for your work and enthusiasm
