Responsibilities:
- Showcase key features and functionalities of the business services
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Provide expertise and advice to clients on how to best utilize our services to meet their goals
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
- Act as a trusted business advisor and conduct business consultancy sessions
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives and ensure client retention
- Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team
- Proactively monitor and gather client feedback to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Implement a structured check-in plan to ensure ongoing customer success
- Perform monthly check-ins with clients to review progress, address any emerging issues, and gather feedback
- Work with the recruitment team to align client expectations with candidate profiles and market conditions
- Coordinate with relevant departments to adjust strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in client services or account management
- Proven experience working with Australian clientele
- Ability to upsell and develop account opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Prior experience in conducting client consultations and addressing client concerns
- Familiarity with customer success metrics and best practices
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
