Katz Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Australia’s Favourite Air –
Fujitsu General in the search for an exceptional Account Manager/BDM with a
strong relationship focus within the electrical retailer space to join their
exceptional team in Perth!
The role will mainly cover all of Perth metro however it does cover some of the WA regional territory so will require monthly travel including overnight stays.

The opportunity:

You will be working as part of a department responsible for developing and
implementing sales and service strategies and plans to achieve budget revenue, profit and market growth in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives, values and plans.
This is achieved by identifying and pursuing opportunities, providing internal and external customers with excellent customer service, focus on activities that
support business growth while maintaining a first-rate reputation.
It is essential that all activities are conducted in an ethical, professional manner
and in line with compliance, statutory requirements while adhering to company values, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and execute relevant sales & marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders
• Execute business strategies and sales plans by meeting with customers
and attending to customer queries in a timely manner
• Effectively plan, manage and maintain a portfolio for a range of
stakeholders
• Arranging and conducting regular and relevant training related to the
organisation and product solutions
• Recommend solutions to meet customer needs
• Arranging and conducting formal business reviews and presentations
• Attend functions, events and activities when required
Skills & Experience:
• Previous Account Management and/or Sales Representative experience working with Electrical Retailers or the Air Conditioning industry are highly desirable
• Solid technical aptitude and able to learn about air-conditioning and how
the product range applies to the market
• Comfortable supporting the business by answering technical questions
from customers and consumers
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service focus is
essential
• Solid time management and organisational skills
• Willingness and confidence to present training and product information
sessions to a large audience
• Dedication to building relationships with customers, team members and
with members within the extended business
• Ability to work independently and as part of an amazing broader team
• A natural problem solver with a positive/can-do attitude
• Highly self-motivated, eager and result-driven
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
• Current drivers licence essential
