AddressCommercial Manager
Reporting to the Group Manager Commercial & Risk Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day project operations from a commercial perspective. This includes identifying and managing risks, cost, and change management along with tendering and awarding project procurement. You will be key in maintaining client relationships, analysing strategies, creating mitigation measures, and developing improved action plans for the profitability of the project.
Key Requirements.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Quantity Surveying , Construction Management, Commercial Law or similar is preferable.
- 10 years’ experience in the Construction or Resource industry with at least 5 working for a Contractor.
- Strong negotiator with proven track record of settling claims.
- Experience in effective and profitable management of contracts.
- Ability to mentor junior members of staff.
