We believe in fostering a supportive work environment where every employee's contribution is valued and where continuous improvement is encouraged.Job DescriptionReporting to the Chef Financial Officer, the Senior Payroll Officer is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for 200+ employees which include a combination of rostered and salaried staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal legislation. You will oversee all payroll processing, reporting and payments of statutory requirements, such as but not limited to payroll taxes, superannuation and statutory government reporting.Qualifications

• Proven track record in payroll management, with extensive experience leading payroll processes
• Deep understanding of complex awards and enterprise agreements, with the ability to navigate and negotiate effectively.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll system implementations and upgrades.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in payroll processing and compliance matters.
• Experience working within a similar sector managing various rosters would be highly advantageous
